Lead planters

Using a CNC (Computer Numerical Control) table cutter, we cut the 22mm plywood into pieces that form a bottomless three sided planter cover. The idea behind our design is to eliminate the need for re potting during seasonal changes. Simply just swap over your potted plant.

After the plywood box is assembled, we encapsulate it in lead. This step involves covering the outer surface of the plywood box with lead and dressing in the lead using traditional hand tooling to form the desired design. The lead provides a traditional aesthetic while also offering durability and weather resistance.

This approach combines modern CNC technology for precise cutting with traditional materials and techniques (like lead encapsulation) to create a product that blends old and new aesthetics. It's a method that results in a robust and visually appealing planter cover suitable for various outdoor settings. Our concept LED lead planter cover is due to hit the shelves soon while research and testing are ongoing to ensure the product meets the highest standards and stylish solution for both residential and event settings.
